  1. Why is it important to ensure that literature is accurate and authentic?

As a pre-service teacher it is very important to ensure that literature that I place in my children’s hands are accurate and authentic. It is my responsibility to provide my students with precise research based literature, particularly, multicultural literature.

Why use multicultural literature in your classroom?

I believe it is essential to provide my future students with multicultural literature to break down and express cultural barriers in my classroom. It is very critical to provide my students with valuable information that will help them evaluate the similarities and differences within our changing world of cultures.

    1. Love the word "precise." Your quote "essential to provide my future students with multicultural literature to break down and express cultural barriers in my classroom" is excellent...and making sure that we share the right information with our students.

  2. Providing literature that is accurate and authentic to my future students is extremely important. It will inform students about different cultures correctly and may shape their attitudes. It will also help them become aware about cultural differences.

Multicultural literature is necessary and important in a classroom. Having multicultural literature in a classroom allows the students to develop an understanding of different cultural and ethic groups. It also gives students an opportunity to learn important information about different cultures.
